Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital book purchases on IndianBook.store (BookWin). Digital goods are delivered immediately after successful payment, so refunds are limited.

When a refund may be issued

• Payment was charged but the order did not complete as paid.
• You were charged twice for the same book.
• The purchased file cannot be delivered due to a platform fault.

When a refund is not issued

• Change of mind after a successful download or online read.
• You already received the digital file.
• You did not win a prize. Prize participation is not a product defect.

How to request

Email support@bookwin.in within 7 days of payment with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in 5–7 working days, or credited to your wallet where that is faster.

This policy does not affect rights available under applicable consumer law.
