Important: Prize promotions may be regulated. These rules describe how BookWin currently operates. They are not legal advice. Eligibility, tax, and local contest laws still apply to you.
How a campaign works
- Only one book is active at a time.
- Each paid purchase of that book is one entry for that campaign.
- When remaining stock reaches zero, the book closes and a winner may be selected from paid orders.
- The next queued book then becomes active.
Winner selection
- Selection is from paid buyers of that book.
- The method (for example random among eligible orders) is recorded on the winner record.
- Winner status starts as pending, then approved, paid, or rejected by admin.
- There is no guaranteed win. Marketing must not be read as a promise that every buyer wins cash.
Eligibility
- You must have a completed paid order for the campaign book.
- Accounts that are suspended, banned, or flagged for fraud are not eligible.
- Payouts require KYC and valid bank/UPI details.
Taxes
Any tax on winnings is the winner’s responsibility unless required by law to be deducted at source.
